As a key member of the Marketing and Market Access Teams, the Director of Access Marketing will be responsible for translating brand strategy into meaningful and compelling payer and patient services collateral. This individual is responsible for developing tactics and support materials that assist the Value & Access team in generating optimal coverage and formulary acceptance with payers. This position will also be responsible for developing patient services material used by our hub and channel/distribution network in addition to pull-through collateral to be used by the Sales and Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) Teams. This position will work closely with market research and Medical Affairs to align, gain and share insights in the development of customer programs to strengthen and expand the value proposition to drive growth and ensure optimal access. This position will ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Value & Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs. This role will report to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations, along with a key dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President, Market Access.
