About The Position

PDMI is looking to add a Director, 340B to our team! Reporting to our Senior Director, 340B, the Director will lead the operations of our 340B program driving regulatory compliance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep 340B expertise, strong business acumen, and the technical skills to analyze data, streamline processes, and fuel growth in a dynamic healthcare technology environment. Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and other flexible, scalable solutions to help our clients meet their business objectives. We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated health plans and hospital systems. In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, account management, pharmacy services, or related areas with a focus on 340B programs.
  • Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance, and operations.
  • Skilled in financial oversight, strategic planning, and resource management.
  • Comfortable analyzing data, using digital tools, and leveraging technology to improve operations.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a smaller organization, willing to jump in, solve problems, and get creative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, or a related field. 340B certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution and collaboration.
  • Partner with IT and internal teams to optimize workflows, technology use, and client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with 340B Training and Operations Manager for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer efforts for new clients and team members.
  • Support financial operations, including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management.
  • Drive process improvements, SOP development, and audit readiness.
  • Provide operational insight to support strategic planning and growth.
