About The Position

The Director 2 of Special Programs will provide leadership for Special Education Support Services, RDSPD, and Parent Engagement. The Director 2 will work with SPED leadership to coordinate student services, develop and implement specialized placements, and coordinate project management for SPED special projects across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 to 5 years

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and ensure 100% compliance with IDEA requirements.
• Progress monitor initiative implementation and strategize for improvement.
• Communicate with district leadership and make recommendations for strategy.
• Lead RDSP, Support Services, and Parent Engagement Teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
