Sodexo Corporate Service Division is seeking an Integrated Facilities Director 2 with technical knowledge of Building Operations & Maintenance for a Financial Services Client in Plano, Tx. This role involves overseeing Sodexo operations for 300,000 sqft of office space, including technical facility and hospitality services. The Director will also provide regional support for several sites with minimal travel. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in building operation systems, work order systems, preventative and corrective maintenance, janitorial procedures (including floor care), and technical maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). A strong understanding of accounting and finance management, along with high-level interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple client stakeholders, is required.
