About The Position

The Good Eating Company is seeking a Director, Culinary Offer Implementation to support our large-scale Tech client. Your role will be to guide and support our chef network and collaborate with leadership for our client. You will play a vital role in setting and implementing culinary standards and providing crucial support and guidance ranging from best-in-class menus, dining execution, training, costing and product sustainability for North and South America. You will be working and training new culinary staff from The Good Eating Company acquisitions and integrating them with The Good Eating Company SOPs. Your responsibility is to develop culinary strategies and, to streamline the culinary programs for the U.S.A and LATAM dining solutions. This position requires frequent travel, up to 75% (50% U.S.A. and 25% LATAM) and will office from your home base in one of these cities Boston, DC, Atlanta, Austin or NYC.

Requirements

  • Possess a strong culinary background
  • Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Work and influence without formal authority the operations and management team during mobilization efforts
  • Manage the costs and operational execution of multiple locations or business
  • Have previous experience successfully starting up new business/accounts
  • Can build and foster relationships across TGEC internally to ensure additional market growth and the promotion of comprehensive solutions offerings to clients - this includes collaborating with senior leaders and business development

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Culinary program compliance and development re: consistency, innovation, budgetary compliance, and skill development of culinary team
  • Provide technical and/or management support and expertise within the defined scope of culinary program
  • Provide training based on assessment of culinary program development needs
  • Utilize company and approved industry techniques and processes to determine program changes and recommendations for innovation and upgrades
  • Ensures compliance with company standards, HACCP and Safety compliance
  • Have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Work and influence without formal authority the operations and management team during mobilization efforts
  • Manage the costs and operational execution of new openings/mobilization efforts, special events and transitions
