Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Company's products/services, pricing practices and selling skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and planning, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and monitor the sales of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customers.
  • Develop a consultative business-to-business sales culture through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Lead by example by modeling the Comcast Credo, Touchstones and Promise.
  • Coach, review, reward, motivate, discipline and terminate managers in the field sales, Sales Engineering and Sales Support areas.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of managers and implement necessary changes.
  • Address personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Oversee small-to-medium business sales deployment of new products and services.
  • Monitor and prepare reports and forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual sales results.
  • Develop, plan and coordinate seminars, sale incentive plans and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes yielding increased sales performance and/or operational efficiency.
  • Establish and cultivate effective business relationships with internal organizations.
  • Manage and monitor small-to-medium business sales channels within budgeted sales and expense targets.

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $108,517.50 - $180,862.50.
  • Targeted Commission: $50,000.00.
