Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant product line[s] and services.
  • Demonstrated success in new account penetration and account management
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of relevant outside sales experience in the oil and gas industry with a track record of account growth.
  • Intimate knowledge of industry clientele in major plays
  • Ability to turn opportunities and leads into sales bookings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations in a conceptual selling environment

Responsibilities

  • Expands our product base within existing markets to better assist with changing needs and apply appropriate product solutions.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and quoting prices promptly and accurately.
  • Manages customer accounts regarding sales opportunities, product repair, new product line testing, and addresses all issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows.
  • Conducts in-person meetings/presentations and entertaining clients.
  • Closes business deals and following-up to ensure satisfaction and consistent service.
  • Proactively networks for new-customer contacts with intention of building long-lasting business relationships.
