The Directional Drill Operator is responsible for safely and accurately operating and monitoring directional drilling equipment in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. This role involves maintaining equipment, ensuring site compliance, and coordinating with crew members, with safety being the top priority. The operator will work in central Indiana and surrounding areas in the Midwest, requiring travel during the week but typically being home on most weekends. The position also involves assisting the crew with other tasks, locating utilities, and potentially water and sewer installation and testing.
