Damar is seeking a Direct Support Technician who is excited to provide direct support to children at our newest residential location in Richmond, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start or grow their career in the field while contributing to the launch of a brand-new program and helping establish our presence in a new community. Damar is eager to bring our experience and expertise to support families in the eastern part of the state who are navigating some of life’s most challenging circumstances. A Direct Support Technician provides hands-on care and daily support to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily routines, skill development, and overall well-being throughout the day.
