Requirements

  • High school diploma (postsecondary degree or higher preferred)
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a formal team lead or equivalent role
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Willingness to work flexible hours for training, coverage, or mandatory events
  • Leadership mindset: motivate your team, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in human services, healthcare, or direct care roles preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of team leads and Direct Support Professionals
  • Support members directly in their homes (approx. 5% of time) and ensure service plans are followed
  • Conduct house inspections and observe staff-member interactions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, managed care organizations, and DHS
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and review member care plans
  • Monitor compliance with agency directives, HCBS standards, and policies/procedures
  • Provide on-call support and cover shifts when needed
  • Manage administrative tasks including timecard approvals, attendance, mileage, and billing
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and produce individual development plans
