Requirements
- A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
- An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.
- Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
- Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
- Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
- Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.
