This position may be eligible for a $300 💰 Sign on Bonus HOURS: Part - time, 5-29 hours, Flexible schedule, all shifts available day, afternoon, evening and weekend hours. SALARY: $16-$17 per hour. Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma, or GED required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
- Requires a valid driver’s license/auto-insurance or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or some secondary education preferred.
- Experience working with youth and teens, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to young adults with serious mental health needs.
- Teach clients (ages 18-21) life skills that will help them live in the community.
- Assist clients with moving in and out of apartments as needed.
- Teach clients daily living skills
- Transport clients to work or appointments in the community as needed.
- Provide direct client care
- Maintain/model appropriate boundaries
- Teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills.
- Complete reports and documentation as necessary.
- Be trained as a medication aide and will be responsible for clients’ daily medication administration.
