Sign on Bonus HOURS: Part - time, 5-29 hours, Flexible schedule, all shifts available day, afternoon, evening and weekend hours. SALARY: $16-$17 per hour. Dependent on experience and qualifications. Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma, or GED required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
Requires a valid driver’s license/auto-insurance or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or some secondary education preferred.
Experience working with youth and teens, preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to young adults with serious mental health needs.
Teach clients (ages 18-21) life skills that will help them live in the community.
Assist clients with moving in and out of apartments as needed.
Teach clients daily living skills
Transport clients to work or appointments in the community as needed.
Provide direct client care
Maintain/model appropriate boundaries
Teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills.
Complete reports and documentation as necessary.
Be trained as a medication aide and will be responsible for clients’ daily medication administration.
