About The Position

Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC - a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path. As a Direct Support Staff member, you will be a positive role model for youth in crisis, providing daily support and structure in a group home setting. You will help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures while working as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment.

Requirements

• 21 or older with a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
