Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (DSP) At Stepping Stone Resources, we empower adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live more independent and fulfilling lives. We're hiring Entry-Level Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to start a meaningful career. Requirements

Availability to work from Fallbrook location Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 2:30 pm.
Willingness to complete required trainings and certifications (all provided by us)

Responsibilities

Support adults in community-based activities that build independence, social skills, and confidence
Learn how to provide behavioral support using CPI techniques
Safely drive individuals to and from activities, outings, and appointments (driving hours paid at a higher rate)
Be a reliable presence in the lives of those who depend on you
