Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare
- Strong communication and people skills
- Calm under pressure and able to follow healthcare protocols
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive environment
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily routines, personal care, and medications during evening hours.
- Handle medical or behavioral challenges with calm, professional care using our well-established protocols.
- Foster engagement through fun social, recreational, and skill-building activities.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to provide seamless support, while keeping accurate documentation.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment with light housekeeping and regular safety checks.
