The position involves facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, and supervising a team of Caregivers. Additionally, the supervisor provides direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities like meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. Duties are split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision. The role also includes facilitating community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
