About The Position
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and supervision of individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and behavioral health histories. This position focuses on facilitating healthy and socially acceptable behaviors while assisting clients in community-based settings. The DSP will work closely with clinical staff to implement interventions and support clients in achieving their clinical goals, while also promoting participation in daily living activities.
