About The Position

CLW provides day-hab and vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. CLW Direct Support Professionals - DSPs do not work weekends and are not on call! You will never be forced to work over! We are looking for highly motivated Direct Support Professionals - DSPs for full-time, day shift positions (M-F) at our Geneva, Ohio location to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on quality care and daily activities, day-hab and vocational services. As a Direct Support Professional - DSP you will be responsible for working with a team to ensure the health & safety of our developmentally disabled clients. Make a difference in their lives every day!

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must be able to pass criminal background requirements
