Based in our recipients’ home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support. Responsibilities
- Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
- Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have valid automobile insurance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Pass a background and drug screen.

- Previous work for Easter Seals TN or Prospect increases starting pay.
