Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes.
Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
Take initiative to address the needs of participants, including those with behavioral challenges.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt and multi-task effectively.
Teamwork and time-management skills.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
