About The Position
Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. We hire those dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives. We are looking for caring, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support multiple individuals living in a community setting in the Capital district. What does a Direct Support Professional for supportives do? Help the people who live independently in the community by assisting them according to their needs. Job duties may include: Taking individuals to appointments and activities Supporting individuals with tasks like: cooking, cleaning, and managing money Writing notes as needed Other duties as need
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to travel to different sites as needed
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, work time and days may fluctuate due to individuals' needs.

- A valid NYS license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Responsibilities
