Position Summary: Delta is currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) Shifts: FT & PT 9a-3p, 3p-11p & 11p-9a Must have Intellectual Disability (IDD/DDD) Support Experience. Applicants must be willing to provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
One (1) year of caregiving work history
Valid driver's license with three (3) years of satisfactory driving history
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain composure in high-pressure or crisis situations.
Ability to build trusting, supportive, and respectful relationships with individuals receiving services.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and all required pre-employment screenings
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Including willingness to learn sign language if needed.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with toileting and maintaining personal hygiene.
