We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Overnight Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pennsville, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, supervision, and support to residents during evening and overnight hours. Join our team and help residents develop independence, confidence, and life skills—even while they sleep! Your support provides safety, guidance, and comfort during the overnight hours. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
  • Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
  • Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and healthy routines
  • Support hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs
  • Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement
  • Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured overnight environment
