Friends4Life (F4L LLC) seeks caring individuals to join our team in West Jordan, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Assist clients in achieving personal goals outlined in their support plans
Engage clients in facility and community activities
Attend to clients’ daily needs (nutrition, hygiene, etc.)
Document client progress
Assist with client transportation to and from day program as well as to and from daily activities
