Requirements

Compassionate, dependable individuals with a person-first mindset.
Willingness to support others with dignity and respect, even during challenging moments.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable for the shift).

Nice To Haves

Weekend availability is highly desirable!
CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus (we can help with training).

Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with daily living skills like cleaning, cooking, and budgeting.
Encouraging independence, hobbies, and social activities.
Helping people access and participate in community events.
Providing personal care (such as hygiene or bathing), lifting/transferring, or medication support if needed.
Following care plans and documenting progress.
Maintaining a warm, respectful, and professional presence.

Benefits

$20/hour + $500 bonus after 90 days
