About The Position

Merakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their team at a program in Mullica Hill, NJ. This role is an opportunity for caregivers, direct care workers, or home health aides, with no experience required as paid training is provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on individuals' lives, encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals. Responsibilities include fostering pride by teaching daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry, and assisting with daily and personal activities to enhance independence. Work is performed under the supervision of a House Manager. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential

Nice To Haves

Prefer candidates have their own transportation
Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred
