About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will make a real difference by helping individuals live happy, independent lives. This role involves providing support with daily living activities, encouraging independence and community involvement, building positive, supportive relationships, and helping create fun, safe, and engaging experiences. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is needed.
