Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (travel throughout Shelby County required)
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving or DSP roles preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and community settings.
- Assist with daily living activities, skill-building, and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
