About The Position

ETTA (non-profit / Human Services) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our Employment Services - Community Integration Department Location: Pico-Robertson (West L.A.) Schedule: Mondays - Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Experience: Must have some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs. Description: Seeking staff who has a positive, nurturing, and engaging personality for independent, ambitious, and self-motivated young man. You will support and praise his successes, while guiding and challenging him to achieve even more. Qualifications: 21+ years of age A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and proof of valid vehicle insurance coverage (your name must be listed as an authorized driver) Willingness to drive with our client using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) Good verbal and written communication skills Paid Training Provided (weekdays / daytime hours) About ETTA ETTA is a respected non-profit agency serving the Jewish community in the Los Angeles area.
