About The Position

The Arc Western Montana is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to make a real difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Whether you're starting your career or bringing caregiving experience from healthcare or elder care, this is meaningful, hands-on work. We’ll train you every step of the way. Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Group Homes around Missoula What we offer: Starting pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour $1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am) Paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and more Flexible schedules to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and relief shifts Entry-level friendly. No experience needed. We hire motivated people with a strong work ethic, including high school graduates and those new to the field. Requirements

  • Be at least 17 years old
  • Pass a background check and drug screening (as required by Montana state law)
  • Communicate clearly in English, including using basic electronic systems

  • Experience in caregiving or support work is welcome, but not required
