Blue Sky Inc . is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support teens and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential home setting. This is an as-needed (PRN) position. Position Purpose: The Direct Support Professional plays a vital role in assisting individuals served to succeed in daily activities while maintaining their health, safety, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (1) year of experience in Direct Support or a related field
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background study
- This position is PRN (as-needed). To remain actively employed, PRN staff are required to work or pick up a minimum of one (1) 8-hour shift per month
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients (ages 10–18) in daily living and skill development
- Implementing positive behavior support strategies to promote successful outcomes
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured residential environment
- Providing care in a modern residential setting with ongoing training and support
