This is a Direct Support Professional (DSP) role requiring a therapeutic, relationship-centered approach in a one-person Individualized Supported Living (ISL) home. This position is not entry-level and is best suited for experienced DSPs who value consistency, emotional intelligence, and intentional support. The DSP in this role will utilize Tools of Choice and MANDT Relational practices to create a calm, respectful, and stable home environment focused on trust, choice, and long-term success.
