About The Position
As a Direct Support Professional, you help people live fuller, more independent lives. You’ll provide support at home and in the community while building real relationships and gaining valuable career experience.
Requirements
- 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & acceptable driving record
- Must pass MN DHS Background Study
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, no experience required

Responsibilities
- Provide respectful, individualized care
- Assist with personal cares (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.)
- Support daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- Participate in community outings (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise)
- Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
- Complete documentation and other assigned tasks
