About The Position

About the Role: We are hiring a Direct Support Professionals to support adults with disabilities in a day center setting. In this role, you’ll help clients build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment. This position is located at our East County Training Center in El Cajon. Schedule: Mon- Fri Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Six (6) months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid California Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)
Are bilingual in English and Spanish
Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role

Responsibilities

Supporting clients in learning life, social, and personal care skills

Leading engaging group and individual activities
Documenting progress and ensuring accurate case records
