Position: Direct Support Professional Hours: Part-Time Mon/Wed/Fri 7a-3pm Location: Toms River, NJ Are you passionate about supporting others and creating meaningful change every day? Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Day Support to join our Adult Residential Program in Toms River, NJ. At Bancroft NeuroRehab, we support adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions as they work toward greater independence, confidence, and community connection. As a DSP, you will be an essential part of each individual’s rehabilitation journey—providing hands-on support, encouragement, and care that truly transforms lives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, six months related work experience, or, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field or currently enrolled in a related college program are required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
