About The Position
Direct Support Professional: Residential -Ballston Spa Please submit an updated resume so that we can pay you for your experience! Pay Range: $18.75-$24.30/hr based on verifiable direct care experience This pay range reflects 20 + years of experience/education Schedule: Days/Hours: Sunday 11AM- Monday 2PM , Tuesday 11AM- Wednesday 2PM (40 hours paid at your regular rate; overnight hours are paid at the asleep rate ) Who we are: Wildwood Programs is a provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities and their families. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A valid NYS license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- be positive and encouraging with those they support.

- have patience and a positive attitude
- have a strong desire to help others enjoy teamwork
Responsibilities
- Cooking
- Doing laundry
- Running errands
- Taking individuals to appointments and activities
- Writing notes as needed.
- Helping individuals with tasks like cooking, cleaning, showering, toileting, shopping, and managing money
- Teach people with disabilities how to do things on their own
- Other duties as need
