Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities (ADLs)
• Medication administration and health monitoring
• Meal preparation and dietary support
• Transportation and community engagement
• Encouraging independence, socialization, and meaningful relationships
