About The Position
How You Can Empower Others as a Direct Support Professional Support individuals diagnosed with a disability in a group home setting. Teach, learn and interact with our persons served to help them reach their full potential. Assist individuals with personal hygiene and basic household duties. Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
Nice To Haves
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
