About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Resources Corp. Residential Services 📍 Location: Sigourney, IA 🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time 🌙 Schedule: 6am-2pm (every other weekend) PAY: $15/hour base + $3 shift differential on weekends Incentive for CNA and other relevant experience/education. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed

Responsibilities

Support clients with daily activities such as grocery shopping, errands, hygiene, and medication administration
Assist with mobility needs, including two-person transfers and use of a Hoyer lift
Help clients achieve personal goals like cooking, cleaning, and social integration
Transport clients to appointments and community events
Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
