About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Sub/Per Diem Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) at our Hopewell location. This flexible role allows you to provide hands-on support, mentorship, and guidance to residents on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks
• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD
• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, shopping, budgeting, and healthy routines
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and basic medical needs
• Encourage social skills, coping strategies, and community involvement
• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence
• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
