About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in direct support or healthcare is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress.
- Encourage and support participation in community activities and social events.
- Document client activities and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all individuals served.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
