Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities (personal care, meals, recreation, etc.)
- Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth
- Build trusting relationships and ensure safety and well-being
- Accompany individuals to appointments and community outings
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
