About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will serve as a mentor, an advocate, and a vital part of someone’s daily success, building lives and making a lasting difference. The role involves helping individuals achieve personal goals, supporting community inclusion, and assisting with daily living tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Successful clearance of background checks.
- A reliable, responsible attitude.
- A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Help individuals reach personal goals like budgeting, nutrition, and fitness.
- Support community inclusion by attending events, outings, and recreational activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care.
