About The Position

I Am Boundless is hiring for a Direct Support Professional. Boundless is a non-profit organization specializing in assisting individuals with I/DD and has been serving Ohio for over 40 years. At I Am Boundless, the mission is to build a world that realizes the boundless potential of all people. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

One-year experience working with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
