As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Options For All, you’ll play a vital role in helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) achieve independence and thrive in their communities. Requirements

Passion: A desire to empower individuals with I/DD and make a real impact.
Team Player: Someone who works well with others, takes initiative, and adapts to new situations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
21+ years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a background check.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Adaptability to address individual’s needs with care and flexibility.
Basic tech skills (mobile phone use, email, Microsoft, electronic database systems)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, as a teaching assistant or volunteering is a plus but not required.
