Requirements

A passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
Must be at least 18 years old
A valid MN driver’s license with reliable transportation and valid insurance
Ability to pass a background check through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS).

Responsibilities

Provide personalized, overnight support to individuals with varying needs, including assistance with dressing, bathing, managing behavioral situations, and offering guidance during challenging moments.
Support in transportation as needed, using the company vehicle or personal vehicle
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the individuals' homes (laundry, meal prep, light housekeeping).
Teach essential life skills
Be a source of companionship, advocacy, and support
Maintain accurate documentation
Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.
