About The Position

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for ResCare Community Living. As a DSP, you will play a crucial role in helping to provide compassionate care to clients. ResCare Community Living values its Direct Support Professionals for their compassion, dependability, and care. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Responsibilities

Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
Encouraging self-help activities
Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
