As a Direct Support Professional at Futures Community Support Services, you’ll provide daily support, supervision, and guidance to individuals with disabilities living in a group home. Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
• License must be valid in PA or NY
• Satisfactory DMV Background Check
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or experience in the field
• No criminal record
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as personal care, cooking, and housekeeping
• Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
• Administer medications and maintain Medication Administration Certification
• Encourage independence and respect individual choices
• Provide emotional support, advocacy, and community engagement
• Complete required documentation accurately in the agency’s electronic health record system
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment
