About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or will be required upon hire.
• Flexible Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily activities.
• Encourage participation in community and social activities to promote skill development and socialization.
• Implement individualized care plans and document progress accurately.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals and families.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and team members to ensure comprehensive care.
